OUR STORY

Nola Eats & Treats was born from my love of authentic Louisiana flavors and the traditions I grew up with. As a Louisiana native, pecan pralines were one of my favorite childhood treats, and sharing that taste of home with others became a passion.

In 2020, while my husband was stationed in Yuma, Arizona, I started selling homemade Louisiana favorites at local markets, including gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, pralines, and our crowd-favorite Ooey Gooey Cake—which regularly sold out.

In 2021, after moving to Beaufort, South Carolina, I began selling online through Etsy. While stationed in Japan in 2024, I launched the dedicated Nola Eats & Treats Etsy shop, and today we're excited to continue the journey from Rhode Island with a refreshed brand and a fresh start.

​

Our specialty is handcrafted New Orleans-style pecan pralines, shipped across the United States. As we continue to grow, our goal is to offer a full collection of Southern favorites—from sweet treats to classic Louisiana comfort foods—bringing a true taste of home to every customer.
