Pralines Information
Are your pralines homemade?
Yes! Every batch is handcrafted in small batches using traditional Louisiana-inspired recipes and premium ingredients to deliver authentic New Orleans flavor.
How long do pralines stay fresh?
Our handcrafted pralines are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. For the freshest flavor and texture, avoid refrigeration unless absolutely necessary.
Do your products contain allergens?
Many of our treats contain pecans, dairy, and other common allergens. They are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens may be present. Please review each product listing carefully before ordering.
What is the best way to store pralines?
Store pralines in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry location. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Refrigeration is generally not recommended because it can affect the texture.
About Our Store
Where are you located?

Why "Nola Eats & Treats?"
NOLA is short for New Orleans, Louisiana—the city that inspired so many of the flavors we love. As a Louisiana native, my goal is to share authentic Southern recipes with customers across the country.
Will you sell more than pralines?
Yes! While pralines are our signature product, our vision is to offer a variety of Southern favorites, including beignets, king cakes, cookies, cakes, and other Louisiana-inspired treats. We also hope to bring back market favorites like gumbo, jambalaya, and red beans & rice for in-person events.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Do pralines melt during shipping?
Pralines are made with sugar and butter, so they may soften during hot weather. We package every order carefully to help protect your treats during transit. If your pralines soften, simply allow them to cool at room temperature before enjoying.
